Michigan Mitten Company offers a one-year warranty to cover such defects, standing firmly behind the quality of every mitten and glove we make. We believe in crafting durable, high-performing products, and if yours isn’t living up to those standards, we’re committed to resolving the issue for you.

Warranty Coverage

We’ll gladly replace your product with the same style, size, and color if available, or offer a similar replacement of equal or greater value if it’s no longer in stock. Please note that warranty replacements cannot be customized. Custom logos or personalization won’t be re-applied to replacement products. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from our website or through an authorized dealer and covers manufacturing defects—not damage from improper use, cleaning, alterations, wear and tear, or natural disasters.

Warranty Limitation and Exclusions

This warranty is only available in the United States and Canada. Michigan Mitten Company is not responsible for direct, incidental, or consequential damages for any reason, including damage resulting from a breach of warranty or condition such as scratches, lost data, or destroyed personal property. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Some states also do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations on the duration of the warranty may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage that is not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate, and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
